Envy&P. productions s’articule essentiellement autour du travail chorégraphique de Nina Vallon et de ses différentes collaborations avec d’autres artistes.
Dans une approche transversale et humaine, où le partage occupe une place centrale, la compagnie développe à la fois un travail de recherche expérimental et engagé sur les différentes créations, qu’elles soient pensées pour le plateau, l’espace muséal ou l’espace urbain mais aussi une importante offre dans le domaine de la transmission (ateliers pour professionnels et amateurs, master class de composition et improvisation, interventions en milieu scolaire, cours classique pour tous) .
Nina Vallon (1983) est une danseuse/chorégraphe/curatrice indépendante suisse/brésilienne basée à Paris. Elle se forme au Ballet Junior de Genève puis poursuit avec la formation pluridisciplinaire D.A.N.C.E. dirigée par William Forsythe, Wayne McGregor, Angelin Preljocaj et Frédéric Flamand. Elle collabore ensuite avec différents artistes et chorégraphes (Fabrice Mazliah, Foofwa d’Imobilité, Prue Lang, Vanessa Le Mat, Ioannis Mandafounis, Aoife McAtamney, Raman Zaya, Gabi Schillig, Anouk van Dijk, Anka Schmid, Alias Compagnie…) rejoignant The Forsythe Company en 2008.
Basée à Francfort entre 2007 et 2014, elle se consacre, en parallèle de son activité artistique, à la mise en place d’infrastructures pour le développement de la scène indépendante et l’introduction de la danse hors des contextes théâtraux conventionnels (avec Projekt Troja entre autres). En 2009, elle fonde en collaboration avec d’autres artistes, un festival de danse (le ROUGH CUTS Festival), puis un centre chorégraphique (Z_Zentrum) en 2012 ainsi que plusieurs résidences d’artistes. Elle assumera jusque fin 2014 la codirection de ces différents projets avant de venir s’installer en France.
Avec une longue liste de créations à son actif, créant autant des pièces pour plateau que pour l’espace muséal ou urbain dans une approche transversale de la chorégraphie, elle est aussi invitée à monter des expositions en qualité de curatrice. Nina intervient depuis plusieurs années au sein de différentes structures pour y enseigner la danse classique ainsi que diverses techniques de composition et d’improvisation (Forsythe Improvisation Technologies notamment). Elle travaille actuellement avec les chorégraphes Mié Coquempot (Compagnie K622), Aurélien Richard (Compagnie LIMINAL) et Jérôme Brabant (Compagnie Loctogonale) et dirige Envy&P. productions.

Envy&P. productions is directed by Swiss freelance choreographer/curator/dancer Nina Vallon (1983) .
Nina trained at Ballet Junior de Genève, followed by the interdisciplinary programm D.A.N.C.E. directed by William Forsythe, Wayne McGregor, Angelin Preljocaj and Frédéric Flamand. Eshe owrked together with following artists and choreographers Fabrice Mazliah, Foofwa d’Imobilité, Prue Lang, Vanessa Le Mat, Ioannis Mandafounis, Aoife McAtamney, Raman Zaya, Gabi Schillig, Anouk van Dijk, Anka Schmid, Alias Compagnie… before joining The Forsythe Company in 2008.
Based in Frankfurt between 2007 and 2014, she worked on the implementation and the development of structures and infrastructures for dance, bringing it outside the black box of the theaters and into museums, galleries etc. with Projekt Troja, for instance. She created, together with Norbert Pape and Kristina Veit the ROUGH CUTS Festival, the Z_Zentrum for artists residencies and productions. She co-directed these projects up until 2013 before moving to France. She has created a long list of choreographic works, as much for the black box as for museums, galeries or site specific.
Nina worked together with several institutions teaching classical dance and different improvisation and composition techniques (Forsythe Improvisation Technologies for example). She currently works together with different french companies (K622, Mié Coquempot or Liminal, Aurélien Richard) on several creations and touring, and keeps creating new works of her own, as well as curating exhibitions on a European level. She is artistic director of Envy&P. productions.
